In-person classes will resume on September 13. Students who need to take the Covid test, please forward the test results to [email protected]. Only after her approval will the student be allowed to return to in-person classes. Medical Forms Please fill out the Medical Form by Sept 10. Attendance If student (Prek-12) will not attend presential or on-line classes due to health or other reasons, please contact the homeroom teacher and the main office ([email protected]) by email at your earliest convenience. Advance notice of absences or on-line participation will facilitate you and your child being sent pertinent links and information to be able to participate in online classes.  On-line Attendance & School Hours Please note that students should be participating in classes through our platforms: Seesaw (PK-5), Canvas (6-12), and Zoom meetings as communicated by teachers. Please note that our online school hours are 8:00-3:25. Secondary Principal’s News Even though we are online, we still have Green and White Days! Remember that Friday, Sept 3 will be Green Day! Elementary MAP Testing Postponed Due to elementary students attending online classes, we have postponed MAP testing until we return to in-person classes. An adjusted schedule will be sent to parents soon. Vestibular Dates The Brazilian Department has prepared a list with some Brazilian universities that already have open admissions for the vestibular: FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) - Jun. 28 to Oct. 28 UNICAMP - Aug. 02 to Sep. 08 FUVEST (USP) - Aug. 16 to Oct. 1 ESPM - Aug. 16 to Oct. 27 UNESP - Sept. 08 to Oct. 07 UNIFESP - Aug. 16 to Oct. 27 Holiday – Sept 07 According to our school calendar, September 7th is a national holiday (Independence of Brazil) and on Monday, September 6th, we don't have classes! Library News This semester, students and parents will be able to check out library books by putting books on hold on Destiny, the virtual library catalog. Books for students will be delivered to the classroom, but for parents books will be left at the front gate to be picked up after the library has communicated they are ready. Students can return books in the classroom and parents should return their library books at the front gate. Please see the bookmark attached for instructions on how to check out books from the library. Notícias da Biblioteca Neste semestre, os alunos e pais poderão emprestar livros da biblioteca reservando os livros através do Destiny, catálogo virtual da biblioteca. Os livros para os alunos serão distribuídos na sala de aula, mas para os pais os livros serão deixados na portaria para serem retirados após a biblioteca avisar que estão disponíveis. Os alunos poderão devolver os livros na sala de aula e os pais devem devolver seus livros da biblioteca na portaria.
