Superintendent
Stephen comes to us with significant experience as a superintendent, including six years as head of school at Brazosport Christian School in Lake Jackson, TX and two years as headmaster of the Hope International School in Beijing, China. In addition, he has served as secondary principal at the Alliance Academy in Quito, Ecuador, middle school and elementary principal at the Oasis International School in Ankara, Turkey, and upper school principal and Bible teacher at the Shenandoah Valley Christian Academy in Stephens City, VA.
He attended the Word of Life Bible Institute, and has earned a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies and three masters degrees from Liberty University and Theological Seminary. This includes a M.Ed. in Administration and Supervision. He has a lifetime professional certification as Superintendent from ACSI. |
Stephen and his wife, Cristina, grew up on the mission fields of Austria and Ecuador. They have four children, all of school age: Jared (16), Luke (14), Grace (12) and Seth (10). As a family, they have lived in the United States, Ecuador, China and Turkey.
