Student ApplicationTo apply to PACA, families must submit a completed student application along with the required documents. PACA's Student Application form may be downloaded off this site and sent by email to [email protected]. We ask that all documents be submitted together to help streamline the process.
A student application is considered active once we receive the completed form and all required documents, which include: - Student application form - Recent photo - Copy of birth certificate - Copy of passport or Brazilian identification card (RG or RNE), - Letter of recommendation - Copy of school records or official school transcripts. Once you have all the documents ready to submit, you can send them by email [email protected]. |
