PTS Date for the First Semester:
October 9 & 10, 2025

​Dear Parents,
 
We are excited to invite you to this semester's Parent-Teacher-Student (PTS) Conference, which will be held in person on October 9 & 10, 2025. This is a special time for three key reasons:

• It encourages your child to take ownership of their learning.
• It strengthens the essential partnership between families and teachers.
• It gives valuable insights into your child's academic progress and personal development.

 
Important Note: Participation in the PTS Conference is required for all families on one of these days (there is no classes these days - just the meetings). Students from 2nd through 12th grade must attend the conference with their parents. Below is the schedule of conferences that you should arrange for your child. Unfortunately, online conferences are not available this semester.
 
We are using a the online platform "MeetTheTeacher" to make scheduling as easy as possible. You can select your appointment times with teachers, and once scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation.

Please note that the scheduling platform will close on Friday, October 3, at midnight. If you encounter any issues or prefer to schedule over the phone, feel free to contact Malu Oliveira at (5929.9500) or via email at [email protected].

Teachers may also request additional conferences with specific parents if needed.
 
We deeply value your collaboration in supporting your child’s learning journey, building meaningful partnerships with teachers, and gaining insight into their growth.
 
Also, please note that report cards will be sent electronically on October 9.
