Preschool & Elementary Mother’s Tea   

Preschool and Elementary Room Moms are busy planning the class Mother’s Tea for this school year! It is a special time for moms to get to know each other, eat delicious snacks, and encourage and pray for one another. Please be on the lookout for dates and more information from your classroom mom soon! 

MAP Tests     

Each year, students in Kindergarten through 8th grade take the MAP (Measure of Academic Progress) test. Middle School (6th – 8th) students took the MAP tests the week of August 21-25. Elementary students (Kindergarten-5th Grade) will take MAP tests in Reading, Language, & Math during the weeks of August 28 – September 1, September 4-6, and September 11-12.  

Elementary Dismissal & After School Supervision   

Parents, please be prompt in picking up your Elementary age students from their classroom by 3:25 each afternoon. Students in grades Pre-K- 5th grade should not stay on campus after 3:25 p.m. unless they are involved in a school-supervised activity or under the supervision of their parents.    

Pick-up Kids  

Parents, if you need to pick up your child from school during the school day (between 8:05 am and 3:25 pm), please stop by reception and wait for your child to arrive at reception. The receptionist will notify the teacher to authorize leaving the classroom. 

Ordering Lunch or Snacks for students  

Dear Parents, as mentioned in the Student Handbook, students are not allowed to leave campus at any time during the school day, including lunchtime. Students may not order or receive food from outside vendors . Parents who bring lunch or snacks for their children must leave it in the school office.

Layers - Communication App   

Parents, Layers - the school's new communication app, is now available as of this month.  

Messages from teachers, the secretariat office, general information about the school, events, and more are already being provided through the app. Download is available for IOS and Android:

Uniforms - September 1st  

As of September 1st, all students are expected to wear school uniforms. 

Preschool & Elementary (PreK - 5th) students will wear a "full uniform”. The top should be a PACA t-shirt (this includes all uniform shirts as well as other PACA shirts- Christmas Program, Walkathon, Little Warriors, etc.), and the bottom should be PACA shorts, pants, or skorts (for girls). Girls may wear leggings under their shorts/skorts, if they choose. Outwear may be PACA sweatshirts, PACA jackets, or clothing provided by the student (no inappropriate images/language/symbols on clothing). 

Secondary (6th - 12th) students should wear a PACA T-shirt and the bottom can be dress pants, jeans (no tears more than 8 cm above the knee), khaki pants, slacks, or PACA pants/shorts (no more than 8 cm above the knee). Outerwear can be PACA sweatshirts, PACA jackets or clothing provided by the student (no inappropriate images/language/symbols on clothing). Other: hats and hoods are not allowed in the classroom.  

Please contact the Front Desk via Layers to order uniform pieces. Some sizes ran out quickly and the supplier has been asked to replace them. As soon as the items arrive, Reception will contact you. 

If the student does not have a required item, especially for Elementary, please contact the Front Desk via Layers to let us know.  

PE Uniforms  

On PE days all students must wear PACA uniform T-shirts (white, green, gray, black, or black dry-fit PACA t-shirts). 

Little Warriors, Walkathon, Christmas, and other PACA t-shirts are not allowed.

As “mães das salas”, as “Room Moms” do Preschool e do Elementary estão a todo vapor organizando o Chá das Mães da turma para este ano letivo! É um momento especial para as mães se conhecerem, comerem deliciosos lanches, e se apoiar e orar umas pelas outras. Por gentileza, estejam atentas às datas e maiores informações da sua “Room Mom” em breve! 

Testes MAP     

Todos os anos, os alunos do Kindergarten até o 8ª ano fazem o teste MAP (Measure of Academic Progress). Os alunos do Middle School (6th – 8th) fizeram os testes MAP na semana de 21 a 25 de agosto. Os alunos do ensino fundamental (Kindergarten-5º ano) farão os testes MAP de Leitura, Linguagem e Matemática nas semanas de 28 de agosto a 1º de setembro, 4 a 6 de setembro e 11 a 12 de setembro.  

Horário de saída do Elementary & Supervisão Após o horário de aula   

Pais, por favor, sejam pontuais ao buscar seus alunos do Elementary em suas salas de aula até as 15:25 todas as tardes. Alunos do PreK ao 5º ano não devem permanecer no campus após as 15h25, a menos que estejam envolvidos em uma atividade supervisionada pela escola ou sob a supervisão direta de seus pais. 

Saída de Crianças  

Pais, caso precise pegar seu filho na escola durante o dia letivo (entre as 8:05 e as 15:25), por gentileza, passar na recepção e aguardar a chegada do seu filho na recepção. A recepcionista irá avisar o professor para autorizar a saída da sala de aula. 

Delivery de almoço ou lanches para alunos  

Caros Pais, tal como mencionado no Manual do Aluno, os alunos não estão autorizados a sair do campus em qualquer altura do dia escolar, incluindo a hora do almoço. Os alunos não podem encomendar ou receber comida de vendedores externos . Os pais que trouxerem almoço ou lanche para os seus filhos devem deixá-lo na secretaria da escola.

Pais, o novo aplicativo de comunicação da escola, o Layers, já está disponível a partir deste mês.  

Mensagens de professores, da secretaria, informações gerais sobre a escola, eventos, entre outros, já estão sendo fornecidas por meio do aplicativo.

Uniformes – 1º de setembro  

A partir do dia 1º de setembro, é esperado que todos os alunos usem os uniformes da escola.  

Para o PreK & Elementary (PreK – 5th) deverão usar o uniforme completo. A parte de cima deverá ser qualquer PACA t-shirt (camisetas do uniforme, como também outras camisetas da PACA como Christmas Program, Walkathons, Little Warriors, etc.) e a parte de baixo do uniforme deverá ser shortes, calças ou short-saia (para meninas). As meninas poderão usar leggings por baixo do shorts/short-saia. Agasalhos poderão ser moletons ou jaquetas da PACA ou agasalho fornecido pelo aluno (sem imagens/linguagem/símbolos inapropriados nas roupas). 

Alunos do Secondary (6th – 12th) deverão usar camiseta da PACA e a parte de baixo deverá ser calça social, jeans (sem rasgos a mais de 8 cm acima do joelho), calças khaki, calças largas ou calças da PACA. Podem usar moletons e jaquetas da PACA ou agasalho fornecido pelo aluno (sem imagens/ linguagem/ símbolos inapropriados nas roupas). 

Outros: chapéus ou capuzes não são permitidos em sala de aula.  

Contacte a Recepção através do Layers para comprar peças do uniforme. Algumas numerações acabaram rapidamente e foi solicitado ao fornecedor a sua resposição. Assim que as peças chegarem, a Recepção entrará em contato.  

Caso o aluno não tenha alguma peça obrigatória, especialmente para casos do Elementary, por gentileza, entrar em contato com o Front Desk pelo Layers para avisar.  

Uniformes de Educação Física (PE)  

Nos dias de educação física, todos os alunos devem usar camisetas da PACA (verde, cinza ou preta, com o brasão ou o novo logótipo), a camiseta dry-fit preta da PACA, ou camiseta do Little Warriors. 

Não são permitidas t-shirts do Walkathon, do Natal ou de outros eventos da PACA.

Friday, Aug/25 – ½ Day of school for students  

Due to the Teacher Professional Development afternoon, August 25 will be ½ day of school for students.  

• Elementary & Secondary will have 1st – 5th Periods (Middle School will have MAP tests on that day, as already communicated). 
• PreK will follow their normal morning schedule but will not have nap time. 
• All students will have lunch on campus at their normal times. 
• School buses will leave campus at 12:50. 

If you plan for your child to leave before dismissal time, please send an email to [email protected] or through Layers in the “Atendimento” and choose the “Front Desk” channel with the name, grade, and time that the student will leave school beforehand. Please go to the Front Desk to have your child picked up and signed out, in this case. 

Medical Form  

Last call!! Parents, please fill out the Medical Form for your child as soon as possible! The information is extremely important for students’ safety and health.  

Students who do not have the Medical form filled out will not be assisted by the school’s infirmary. < Click here to access the form. >

Cafeteria App for Snacks (Nutrebem)  

Parents, as of this month, students can now buy snacks in the school cafeteria using the "Nutrebem" app. 

How does it work?   

Parents/guardians: Download the Nutrebem app for iOS and Android. Register yourself and your student.  

To top up the balance, you can do one of two things: 1) Directly through the app: in this case, a fee is deducted directly from the guardian (amounts available in the app). The amount credited will be available as soon as the system receives the payment. Or 2) pay via PIX (61.802.294/0001-60) and send proof of payment to PACA ([email protected]). In this case, the credit will be available in the student's account on the following school day.Nutrebem

Em virtude da tarde de Desenvolvimento Profissional dos Professores, dia 25 de agosto será ½ dia de aula para os alunos.  

• O Elementary e o Secondary terão os Periodos 1 a 5 de aula (o Middle School terá testes MAP nesse dia, conforme já comunicado). 
• O PreK seguirá sua programação matinal normal, mas não terá horário de soninho. 
• Todos os alunos almoçarão no campus em seus horários habituais. 
• - Os ônibus escolares sairão do campus às 12:50.

Testes MAP     

Todos os anos, os alunos do Kindergarten até o 8ª ano fazem o teste MAP (Measure of Academic Progress). Os alunos do Middle School (6th – 8th) fizeram os testes MAP na semana de 21 a 25 de agosto. Os alunos do ensino fundamental (Kindergarten-5º ano) farão os testes MAP de Leitura, Linguagem e Matemática nas semanas de 28 de agosto a 1º de setembro, 4 a 6 de setembro e 11 a 12 de setembro.  

Horário de saída do Elementary & Supervisão Após o horário de aula   

Pais, por favor, sejam pontuais ao buscar seus alunos do Elementary em suas salas de aula até as 15:25 todas as tardes. Alunos do PreK ao 5º ano não devem permanecer no campus após as 15h25, a menos que estejam envolvidos em uma atividade supervisionada pela escola ou sob a supervisão direta de seus pais. 

Permissão para sair do campus  

Os alunos só poderão sair da escola desacompanhados, por UBER, táxi ou outros meios, com autorização dos pais por escrito para a escola em [email protected] ou através do Layers pelo canal “Atendimento”/ “Front Desk” 

Faltas da escola

Saída de Crianças  

Pais, caso precise pegar seu filho na escola durante o dia letivo (entre as 8:05 e as 15:25), por gentileza, passar na recepção e aguardar a chegada do seu filho na recepção. A recepcionista irá avisar o professor para autorizar a saída da sala de aula. 

Acesso ao campus  

Os pais e tutores devem dirigir-se à receção quando entrarem nas instalações da escola entre as 8:00 e as 15:30 horas. Se necessário, será disponibilizado um crachá de visitante. 

Delivery de almoço ou lanches para alunos  

Caros Pais, tal como mencionado no Manual do Aluno, os alunos não estão autorizados a sair do campus em qualquer altura do dia escolar, incluindo a hora do almoço. Os alunos não podem encomendar ou receber comida de vendedores externos. Os pais que trouxerem almoço para os seus filhos devem deixá-lo na secretaria da escola.

Para colocar saldo, você poderá fazer uma de duas formas: 1) diretamente pelo aplicativo: neste caso há uma taxa descontada diretamente do responsável (valores disponíveis no aplicativo). O valor creditado ficará disponível assim que o sistema receber o pagamento. Ou 2) pagamento via PIX (61.802.294/0001-60) e enviar comprovante de pagamento para PACA ([email protected]). Friday, Aug/25 – ½ Day of school for students  

Due to the Teacher Professional Development afternoon, August 25 will be ½ day of school for students.  

• Elementary & Secondary will have 1st – 5th Periods (Middle School will have MAP tests on that day, as already communicated). 
• PreK will follow their normal morning schedule but will not have nap time. 
• All students will have lunch on campus at their normal times. 
• School buses will leave campus at 12:50. 

If you plan for your child to leave before dismissal time, please send an email to [email protected] or through Layers in the “Atendimento” channel with the name, grade, and time that the student will leave school beforehand. Please go to the Front Desk to have your child picked up and signed out, in this case. 

Character First    

Character First is PACA’s Social-Emotional Learning program for Elementary students. 

The Character First topics that we will focus on with elementary students this school year are: Dependability, Creativity, Determination, Wisdom, and Generosity.  

We began our first Character First rotation of the year on August 4, focused on the topic of dependability. Students will learn that responsibility is “Doing what I said I would do, even when it is difficult.”. During each rotation, elementary students participate in an assembly and small groups. During the assembly on August 4, students learned the Bible story of Paul and Timothy (based on 2 Timothy 2 & 4). As students learn and practice important characteristics, the goal is for them to grow in their personal relationships and in their relationship with God.    

Medical Form  

Parents, please fill out the Medical Form for your child by Friday, August 18. The information requested is extremely important for students’ safety and health.  

Students that do not have the Medical form filled out will not be assisted by the school’s infirmary. < Click here to access the form. > 

MAP Tests     

Each year, students in Kindergarten through 8th grade take the MAP (Measure of Academic Progress) test. Middle School (6th – 8th) students will take MAP tests the week of August 21-25. Elementary students (Kindergarten-5th Grade) will take MAP tests in Reading, Language, & Math during the weeks of August 28 – September 1, September 4-6, and September 11-12.  

Elementary Dismissal & After School Supervision   

Parents, please be prompt in picking up your Elementary age students from their classroom by 3:25 each afternoon. Students in grades Pre-K- 5th grade should not stay on campus after 3:25 p.m. unless they are involved in a school-supervised activity or under the supervision of their parents.   

Permission to Leave Campus  

Students are only allowed to leave school unaccompanied, by UBER, taxi, or other means, with written parental authorization to the school at [email protected] or through Layers in the “Atendimento” channel. 

Absences from school  

Parents, if your child needs to be absent for any reason (illness, medical appointment, dentist, trips, etc) or if you need to pick up your child during the day, please send an email to: [email protected] through Layers in the “Atendimento” channel, beforehand. 

Pick-up Kids  

Parents, if you need to pick up your child from school during the school day (between 8:05 am and 3:25 pm), please stop by reception and wait for your child to arrive at reception. The receptionist will notify the teacher to authorize leaving the classroom. 

Access to campus  

Parents and legal guardians, please check in at the front desk when entering the school premises between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm. A visitor’s badge will be available if needed.

They will have their own personal password to carry out the process. The app works like a digital cafeteria account.

Character First  

Character First é o Programa de Aprendizagem Socioemocional da PACA para alunos do Elementary.Os tópics que serão abordados com os alunos no programa do Character First ao longo deste ano letivo são: Confiabilidade, Criatividade, Determinação, Sabedoria e Generosidade.  

Iniciamos nosso primeiro tópico do Character First em 4 de agosto, com foco no tópico de Confiabilidade. Os alunos aprenderão que responsabilidade é "fazer o que eu disse que faria, mesmo quando for difícil". Durante cada sessão, os alunos do elementary participam de uma assembleia e de pequenos grupos. Durante a assembleia de 4 de agosto, os alunos aprenderam a história bíblica de Paulo e Timóteo (baseada em 2 Timóteo 2 e 4). O objetivo é que os alunos cresçam em seu relacionamento com Deus e em seus relacionamentos pessoais, conforme eles aprendem e praticam cada um dos traços neste processo.

Open House & Picnic  

PACA looks forward to introducing our teachers to parents at our Open House on Saturday, August 12, starting at 9 a.m. On this day, our families will have the opportunity to meet their children’s teachers, see their classrooms, and hear the teachers’ expectations. Childcare and organized activities will be provided for PACA students in Pre-K1 through 8th grade. 

Following the Open House, we will have our annual community picnic, from 12 to 4 p.m. This event is for PACA families only. There is no admissions charge. The school will provide a picnic lunch, organized games for children and parents, rides, sports, and fun. 

Character First    

Character First is PACA’s Social-Emotional Learning program for Elementary students. 

The Character First topics that we will focus on with elementary students this school year are: Dependability, Creativity, Determination, Wisdom, and Generosity.  

We began our first Character First rotation of the year on August 4, focused on the topic of dependability. Students will learn that responsibility is “Doing what I said I would do, even when it is difficult.”. During each rotation, elementary students participate in an assembly and small groups. During the assembly on August 4, students learned the Bible story of Paul and Timothy (based on 2 Timothy 2 & 4). As students learn and practice important characteristics, the goal is for them to grow in their personal relationships and in their relationship with God.    

MAP Tests     

Each year, students in Kindergarten through 8th grade take the MAP (Measure of Academic Progress) test. Middle School (6th – 8th) students will take MAP tests the week of August 21-25. Elementary students (Kindergarten-5th Grade) will take MAP tests in Reading, Language, & Math during the weeks of August 28 – September 1, September 4-6, and September 11-12. A letter will be sent this week with more information and specific test schedules for each grade level. 

Elementary Dismissal & After School Supervision   

Parents, please be prompt in picking up your Elementary age students from their classroom by 3:25 each afternoon. Students in grades Pre-K- 5th grade should not stay on campus after 3:25 p.m. unless they are involved in a school-supervised activity or under the supervision of their parents.    

Permission to Leave Campus  

Students are will only be allowed to leave school unaccompanied, by UBER, taxi, or other means, with written parental authorization to the school at [email protected] . 

Absences from school  

Parents, if your child needs to be absent for any reason (illness, medical appointment, dentist, trips, etc) or if you need to pick up your child during the day, please send an email to: [email protected] beforehand. 

Pick-up Kids  

Parents, if you need to pick up your child from school during the school day (between 8:05 am and 3:25 pm), please stop by reception and wait for your child to arrive at reception. The receptionist will notify the teacher to authorize leaving the classroom. 

Access to campus  

Parents and legal guardians, please check in at the front desk when entering the school premises between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm. A visitor’s badge will be available if needed.

Below, you can watch an explanatory video from the company on how to create your parent account, the children's accounts, and add credit to purchase snacks. They will have their own personal password to carry out the process. The app works like a digital cafeteria account.

Communication App (Layers)  

As announced at the end of last year, we will be implementing a communication app for PACA. General school information, event announcements, messages from teachers, and photo sharing will come through Layers .  

In the initial phase, the Layers App will start with a communication module, a customer service module, and the calendar for the year. A page with links will also be available for easy access to the main websites we use.  

Teacher communication is going out from our school. Elementary teachers started sending messages through the app last week. Middle school teachers started this week and High School Teachers will start sending messages to parents and students next week (Aug 14 – 18) through the app.

Open House  

A PACA espera anciosamente pela oportunidade de apresentar os nossos professores aos pais durante o nosso Open House no sábado, 12 de agosto, às 9h00. Neste dia, as famílias terão a oportunidade de conhecer os professores dos seus filhos, ver as suas salas de aula e escutar as expectativas dos professores. Serão disponilizadas atividades para as crianças do Pre-K1 ao 8º ano. 

Após o Open House, teremos o nosso piquenique anual, do meio-dia às 16:00. Este evento é apenas para as famílias da PACA. Não há custo de ingresso. A escola oferecerá piquenique, jogos organizados para crianças e pais, brinquedos, atividades esportivas e muita diversão. 

Character First  

Character First é o Programa de Aprendizagem Socioemocional da PACA para alunos do Elementary.Os tópics que serão abordados com os alunos no programa do Character First ao longo deste ano letivo são: Confiabilidade, Criatividade, Determinação, Sabedoria e Generosidade.  

Iniciamos nosso primeiro tópico do Character First em 4 de agosto, com foco no tópico de Confiabilidade. Os alunos aprenderão que responsabilidade é "fazer o que eu disse que faria, mesmo quando for difícil". Durante cada sessão, os alunos do elementary participam de uma assembleia e de pequenos grupos. Durante a assembleia de 4 de agosto, os alunos aprenderam a história bíblica de Paulo e Timóteo (baseada em 2 Timóteo 2 e 4). O objetivo é que os alunos cresçam em seu relacionamento com Deus e em seus relacionamentos pessoais, conforme eles aprendem e praticam cada um dos traços neste processo. 

Testes MAP     

Todos os anos, os alunos do Kindergarten até o 8ª ano fazem o teste MAP (Measure of Academic Progress). Os alunos do Middle School (6th – 8th) farão os testes MAP na semana de 21 a 25 de agosto. Os alunos do ensino fundamental (Kindergarten-5º ano) farão os testes MAP de Leitura, Linguagem e Matemática nas semanas de 28 de agosto a 1º de setembro, 4 a 6 de setembro e 11 a 12 de setembro. Uma carta será encaminhada esta semana com mais informações e cronogramas de testes específicos para cada série. 

Horário de saída do Elementary & Supervisão Após o horário de aula   

Pais, por favor, sejam pontuais ao buscar seus alunos do Elementary em suas salas de aula até as 15:25 todas as tardes. Alunos do PreK ao 5º ano não devem permanecer no campus após as 15h25, a menos que estejam envolvidos em uma atividade supervisionada pela escola ou sob a supervisão direta de seus pais. 

Permissão para sair do campus  

Os alunos só poderão sair da escola desacompanhados, por UBER, táxi ou outros meios, com autorização dos pais por escrito para a escola em [email protected] . 

Faltas da escola  

Pais, se seu filho precisar de faltar por qualquer motivo (doença, consulta médica, dentista, viagens, etc.) ou se você precisar de pegar o seu filho durante o dia letivo, por favor enviar, antecipadamente, um e-mail para: [email protected]. 

Saída de Crianças  

Pais, caso precise pegar seu filho na escola durante o dia letivo (entre as 8:05 e as 15:25), por gentileza, passar na recepção e aguardar a chegada do seu filho na recepção. A recepcionista irá avisar o professor para autorizar a saída da sala de aula. 

Acesso ao campus  

Os pais e tutores devem dirigir-se à receção quando entrarem nas instalações da escola entre as 8:00 e as 15:30 horas. Se necessário, será disponibilizado um crachá de visitante.

Abaixo você poderá assistir o video explicativo da empresa de como criar sua conta de responsável, a conta dos seus filhos, e como carregar a saldo para compra dos lanches. Eles terão uma senha pessoal deles para realizar o procedimento. O app funciona como uma "conta digital" da cafeteria.

App de Comunicação (Layers)  

Como foi anunciado no fim do ano passado, estaremos implementando um app de comunicação da PACA. Informações gerais da escola, comunicados de eventos, mensagens dos professores, compartilhamento de fotos, virão por meio do Layers .  

Nesta fase inicial, o App Layers começará com um módulo de comunicação, outro de atendimento, além do calendário do ano. Uma página de links também estará disponível para acesso aos principais sites que usamos.  

Comunicação dos professores já está sendo enviada através do app. Professores do Elementary começaram a enviar mensagens na semana passada. Professores do Middle School começaram a enviar esta semana e na semana que vem (14 – 18 agosto), professores do High School começarão a enviar mensagens para pais e alunos atrave´s do app. 

O aplicativo já pode ser baixado na loja de aplicativos do iPhone e Android.

Uniforms 

We are starting the year with uniforms for PreK to 12th-grade students. As for now, we will continue to sell our uniforms through the front desk. The Order Form is available on the school’s website ( click here ). Please send the form to [email protected] with your order. Delivery will be made to the student within 5 working days of the order being received, a message will be sent to the person responsible for the purchase.

Student ID Cards - Lunch    

Please remind students to bring their student ID Cards to school. Middle and High School (6th – 12th grade) students that eat PACA’s hot lunch, need to take their 2022/23 student ID cards to have lunch in the cafeteria.  

Those who cannot find their ID Cards should please send an email to [email protected] to have their ID card replaced, by Friday, August 4. 

New students will receive a temporary ID card at first. Cards are being issued.

Vacation books need to be returned ASAP. To be able to check out, your vacation books need to be returned. During the period of July 26th to Aug 4th, students will not be able to check out any books.

Uniformes  

Estamos iniciando o ano com a novidade de termos uniformes para os alunos do PreK ao 12th grade. Por enquanto, continuaremos a vender nossos uniformes na recepção da escola. O formulário de pedido está disponível no site da escola ( clique aqui ). Envie o formulário preenchido para [email protected] com seu pedido. A entrega será feita ao aluno em até 5 dias úteis após o recebimento do pedido, e uma mensagem será enviada à pessoa responsável pela compra.

Open House & Piquenique – 12/08  

A PACA está ansiosa para apresentar nossos professores aos pais em nossa Open House no sábado, 12 de agosto, a partir das 9h. Nesse dia, nossas famílias terão a oportunidade de conhecer os professores de seus filhos, ver as salas de aula e ouvir as expectativas dos professores. Será oferecido “childcare” para os alunos da escola do Pre-K1 à 5ª série. 

Após o Open House, teremos nosso piquenique comunitário anual, das 12 às 16 horas. Esse evento é exclusivo para as famílias da PACA. Não há taxa de admissão. A escola oferecerá um almoço de piquenique, jogos organizados para crianças e pais, passeios, esportes e diversão.  

Permissão para sair do Campus   

Os alunos só serão permitidos sair desacompanhados da escola, de UBER, taxi ou outro meio, através da autorização dos pais por escrito para a escola para o email [email protected] .  

Crachás dos Alunos - Almoço    

Por gentileza, peça aos alunos para trazerem os crachás para escola. Todos os alunos do Middle e High School (6th – 12th grade), que almoçam na escola, devem levar seus crachás do ano letivo passado (2022/23) para almoçarem na cafeteria.   

Aqueles que não encontrarem seus crachás devem enviar um email para [email protected] até  sexta-feira, dia 04 de agosto, para solicitação de um novo crachá.   

Novos alunos receberão um crachá temporário. Novos crachás estão sendo emitidos.    

App da Cafeteria para Lanches (Nutrebem)  

Esse ano estaremos utilizando o app Nutrebem para compra de lanches na Cafeteria. O app já pode ser baixado das lojas de aplicativos do iPhone e Android. Abaixo você poderá assistir o video explicativo da empresa de como criar sua conta de responsável, a conta dos seus filhos, e como carregar a saldo para compra dos lanches. Eles terão uma senha pessoal deles para realizar o procedimento. O app funciona como uma "conta digital" da cafeteria.

App de Comunicação (Layers)  

Como foi anunciado no fim do ano passado, estaremos implementando um app de comunicação da PACA com as famílias. Informações gerais da escola, comunicados de eventos, mensagens dos professores, compartilhamento de fotos, virão por meio do Layers .  

Em breve vocês receberão um convite por e-mail para ingressar na conta e poder acompanhar a vida escolar, e ter canais de comunicação de dúvidas.  

Na fase inicial, o App Layers iniciará com um módulo de comunicação, outro de atendimento, além do calendário do ano. Uma página de links também estará disponível para acesso aos principais sites que usamos. Em breve o link para a loja online de uniformes será disponibilizado. Outras integrações também estarão disponíveis nos próximos meses. 

O aplicativo já pode ser baixado na loja de aplicativos do iPhone e Android.

Notícias da Biblioteca 

Os livros emprestados nas férias devem ser devolvidos o mais rápido possível. Para que seja possível fazer novos check-outs, os livros das férias precisam ser devolvidos. Durante o período de 26 de julho a 4 de agosto, os alunos não poderão fazer check-out de nenhum livro. 

A partir da segunda semana de agosto, os alunos do Elementary farão o check-out de livros durante a aula da biblioteca e os alunos do Secondary poderão usar a biblioteca ou fazer reservas on-line.
