Issue # 05 | October 1, 2020 Contents: SAT on Oct. 3 (Campus Closed) Changes on October’s Calendar Teacher Appreciation Week Report Cards Distribution PSAT & Senior Activities Parent Teacher Student Conferences Conteúdo: Prova do SAT no dia 3 de outubro Mudanças no calendário de outubro Semana dos Professores Distribuição de Boletim PSAT & Atividades com os Seniors Reunião de Pais, Mestres e Alunos (PTS)  SAT Test on Oct. 3 This is just a reminder to everyone that this Saturday, October 3, PACA will be hosting the SAT test.  The SAT is not a PACA event, and the College Board simply uses our campus to administer the test.  As such, this is a permitted activity by the health and safety directives established by the city of Sao Paulo during the Covid-19 pandemic. Campus is closed until 2:00 pm on this day. Changes on October’s Calendar   - Teacher Appreciation Week was changed to be October 13-16. - Report Cards Distribution will happen on October 16 and will be sent by email. - PSAT & Activities for Seniors On Saturday, October 17, PACA will be offering PSAT testing for high school students and some special activities for the Seniors. More information will be sent by Mrs. Kuhnast.      - Parent Teacher Student Conferences for Pre-K through 12th grade parents has been moved to October 23. The PTS Conferences will be done by Zoom. Our office staff will be contacting PACA parents to schedule the conferences.  Prova do SAT no dia 3 de outubro Esse é um lembrete que no sábado, dia 3 de Outubro, a PACA terá a prova do SAT.   O SAT não é um evento da PACA, e o College Board simplesmente usa o nosso campus para aplicar a prova. Sendo assim, essa é uma atividade permitida pelo protocolo de saúde e segurança nas diretrizes da cidade de São Paulo, durante a pandêmica do covid-19. O campus estará fechado para atividades até as 14h00 nesse dia. Mudanças no calendário de Outubro - Semana de apreciação aos Professores foi mudado para dias 13 a 16 de outubro. - Distribuição de Boletins será feito por email no dia 16 de outubro. - PSAT & Atividades com os Seniors No sábado, dia 17 de outubro, a PACA estará oferecendo umas atividades opcionais para os Seniors e a prova do PSAT para os alunos do high school. Mais informações será enviado pela Mrs. Claudia Kuhnast. - Reunião de Pais, Mestres e Alunos (PTS) para os pais do Pre-K ao 12º ano, acontecerão na sexta-feira, dia 23 de outubro.
