Know that from now until the end of the school year, on the final full day of school each week, everyone in the PACA community is invited from 3:30 to 4 pm to pray together in the auditorium (or music room). We want to be dedicated to "One Prayer" together because we want to be consistently united in calling out to the One, as one people, regardless of who we are or what we do with PACA. God's calling for us is most clearly written in 2 Chronicles 7:14 - "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." Please consider joining us as much as you can for a time of private and corporate prayer together with God's people at PACA. Knowledge Bowl Tournament PACA’s Knowledge Bowl team is competing in Recife this week. Please pray for them, their trip, and their participation during the tournament. That they may be a blessing to other students. Secondary Round Table You are invited to join us in our Secondary (6 th – 12 th ) Parent Roundtable on Thursday, March 21, from 8:15 - 10:00 am in the school's Auditorium. Questions will be grouped and answered as possible during the Round Table.  Thank you for your participation, in advance.  Character First   Elementary students are currently studying the topic of Determination - “Overcoming obstacles in order to reach my goal.” At our Character First assembly on February 5, students learned about determination through the Old Testament story of Jericho, from the book of Joshua. Students will participate in small groups for the next several weeks, giving them the opportunity to continue learning and growing together with their peers! As students learn and practice important characteristics, our goal is for them to grow in their personal relationships and in their relationship with God. Uniforms Uniforms are required for all students PreK - 12th grade. If the student does not have a required item, especially for Elementary, please contact the Front Desk via Layers to let us know. If secondary students come to school out of uniform, they will be given a uniform pass in their homeroom class and will be directed to the receptionist to purchase the necessary pieces. Please remember that the length of shorts (no more than 8 cm above the knee) applies to PE shorts and non-PACA shorts. Em nossa assembleia do Character First em 5 de fevereiro, os alunos aprenderam sobre determinação por meio da história de Jericó, do livro de Josué, no Antigo Testamento. Os alunos participarão de pequenos grupos nas próximas semanas, o que lhes dará a oportunidade de continuar aprendendo e crescendo junto com seus colegas! O objetivo é que os alunos cresçam em seu relacionamento com Deus e em seus relacionamentos pessoais, conforme eles aprendem e praticam cada um dos traços neste processo. Uniformes Os uniformes são obrigatórios para todos os alunos PreK - 12th. Se o aluno não tiver um item obrigatório, especialmente no Elementary, pedimos que, por gentileza, entre em contato com a recepção através do Layers para nos informar. Se algum aluno do Secondary chegar à escola sem uniforme, ele receberá um "passe de uniforme" em sua primeira aula e será encaminhado à recepção para comprar a peça necessária. Lembramos que o comprimento dos shorts não poderá ter mais que 8 cm acima do joelho. Isto também se aplica aos shorts de educação física e aos shorts que não são da PACA.  Entendemos que algumas famílias ainda estão aguardando os pedidos realizados e por isso temos trabalhado com nosso fornecedor, para que agilize o processo de entrega.
