How to Participate

THE VISION

On March 17, 2026, our students will participate in Walkathon 2026 — a campus-wide event designed to help launch our R$2.5 million expansion project to build four new classrooms.

These classrooms will allow us to have two classrooms per grade from Kindergarten through 5th grade, strengthening our academic excellence and preparing for future growth.

We believe that what we build today will shape tomorrow.

As Scripture reminds us:

“Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.” – Psalm 127:1

We move forward in faith, trusting that God is building something lasting in our community.

PROJECT BREAKDOWN

Total Investment: R$2.5 Million

  • R$1.5 million – Construction

  • R$1.0 million – Furnishing & Equipment

    • Student desks and chairs

    • Teacher desks

    • Whiteboards

    • Projectors

    • Closets and storage

    • Air-conditioning

Every detail matters because every student matters.

THE WALKATHON

Date: March 17, 2026
Location: School Soccer Field
Duration: 40 Minutes

Goal: R$250.000

All 400+ students will participate and receive an official Walkathon shirt.

Students will walk around the soccer field for 40 minutes, with music, school spirit, and celebration.

Sponsors may give:

  • A donation per lap

  • A flat pledge amount

Each student has a recommended minimum participation goal of R$100, but we encourage every family to prayerfully consider how they can go beyond.

Our student goal is to raise R$250,000 — not because construction depends on it, but because participation builds ownership, stewardship, and unity.

Walkathon Schedule

• 8:15 – 8:55 | Pre-K1, Pre-K2, KDG, Grade 12

• 9:02 – 9:42 | Grades 9–11

• 9:57 – 10:42 | Grades 6–8

• 13:50 – 14:35 | Grades 1–3

• 14:40 – 15:20 | Grades 4–5

Parents are welcome to join their child on the field and walk alongside them during their scheduled time.

WHY STUDENT PARTICIPATION MATTERS

This Walkathon is designed to shape our students’ hearts as much as it shapes our campus.

Through participation, students learn:

  • Stewardship

  • Generosity

  • Perseverance

  • Responsibility

  • Leadership

They are not just walking.

They are building something bigger than themselves.

LAST YEAR'S IMPACT

Because of your incredible generosity last year, every classroom on our campus now has air-conditioning.

Your faithfulness directly improved the daily experience of every student.

This year, we build again.

THE LEGACY WALL

All participating students will be permanently recognized on our new Legacy Wall, honoring those who helped build these classrooms.

Engraved on the wall will be:

Warriors Building a Legacy

How does the Walkathon raise money?

Each student will receive a sponsorship form where they can list the names of people who agree to sponsor them for each lap completed. After the event, students will turn in their forms to the school office, where we will record the number of laps each student completed. The school will follow up with sponsors and collect the donations.
