Job Requirements:
Each applicant is required to have completed a bachelor’s degree, including at least 12 hours of professional education, and agree with our Statement of Faith (to read our Statement of Faith, click here). One to two years of experience is necessary for the completion of a Brazilian work visa. Certification is preferred. PACA is looking for a 2 - 3 year commitment.

ACSI promotes excellence in Christian education through accreditation, teacher certification, professional development, and educational resources. Its emphasis on a Biblical worldview supports PACA’s commitment to integrating faith and learning, equipping teachers to pursue academic excellence while nurturing students’ spiritual growth.
RCE serves educators working in international Christian schools. For teachers serving through RCE, services include donation processing, donor support, and access to international health insurance. This practical support helps educators sustain their ministry and focus on teaching, mentoring, and serving students.
MissionNext connects Christian educators with opportunities in schools outside the United States and Canada. By matching teachers’ skills and experience with schools’ needs, it helps educators explore where God may be calling them. This work supports the mission of schools like PACA by connecting qualified teachers with opportunities to make a lasting difference.
TeachBeyond equips and supports educators for Christian educational ministry. Those serving through the organization receive preparation for cross-cultural life, coaching in raising financial support, and ongoing member care. These services help teachers serve with resilience and reflect Christ’s love through their teaching and relationships.
