Holding ourselves accountable financially, academically, and morally is why PACA holds accreditation with three organizations:the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI), and the Brazilian Ministry of Education and Culture (MEC). And to continue the professional development of our faculty and staff, the school is a member of Association of American Schools in Brazil (AASB), Association of American Schools in South American (AASSA), and Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).
Accreditation
SOUTHERN ASSOCIATION OF COLLEGES AND SCHOOLS -
SACS (www.sacs.org) guarantees that schools will maintain a high level of standards in accordance with U.S. expectations. It also provides a structure to promote continuous school improvement. PACA has been accredited with SACS since 1985.
ASSOCIATION OF CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS INTERNATIONAL -
ACSI (www.acsi.org) is organized on an international level, serving Christian schools in over 100 countries throughout the world. It promotes the cause of Christian education by assisting schools to accomplish together what they could not do alone. PACA has been accredited by ACSI since 2003.
MINISTÉRIO DE EDUCAÇÃO -
MEC (www.mec.gov.br) Under the name Escola Cristã Pan Americana, students who enroll in the Brazilian curriculum receive an additional secondary school diploma. Students with Brazilian citizenship must enroll in the dual curriculum.
