**See You At The Pole**
Parents are invited to join teachers, staff and students at the PACA flagpole on Wednesday morning for our prayer event on September 24 known as "See You At The Pole."  
Here is the schedule:

• 8:00-8:10- Secondary will pray with High School STUCO leading the prayers
  
• 8:15-8:30 - 1st and 2nd Grade and Seniors leading prayer
  
• 8:30 - 8:45 - Seniors with Kinder buddies doing prayer time together
  
• 9:10-9:25 - 3rd, 4th and 5th Grade with Juniors leading prayer
  

Prayer posters will be available for each of the 27 countries represented by the PACA community this year. They will be displayed in the breezeway from Monday-Wednesday and then moved to the secondary office area for the rest of the month. 




**Student Arrival Time Reminder**
We kindly ask that all students from PK to 12th grade arrive in their classrooms by 8:00 a.m. each morning.
Students who arrive after 8:00 a.m. must stop by the front desk to pick up a tardy pass before going to class, as outlined in the Student Handbook.
Punctuality is an important part of our school expectations and helps ensure a smooth and focused start to the day for everyone.


**Campus Access for Parents**
Please remember that parents should not remain on campus after 8:00 am, unless they are attending a scheduled event or meeting.



**Elementary Reading Contest**
Let’s get ready to "Dive into Reading"! The Elementary Reading Contest is scheduled to begin on Monday, October 6! Elementary students will participate in a full day of fun activities focused on reading and our theme of the ocean! A special lunch will also be served. Please note, the Reading Contest Kick-off day activities will only be for elementary students. A letter with more details was sent home to parents on September 22.







**PACA One Prayer**
Join us Monday, Sept 22, from 3:35 to 4:15 pm in the Breezeway. Everyone in the PACA community is invited to a time of private and corporate prayer together, called One Prayer. Whether you are a teacher, parent, staff, or student, come join us! Let us prayerfully seek to do all things for God’s glory, work with all our hearts, and seek His truth while walking in His presence, as we hope for our inheritance in Him through service to Jesus Christ!



**Parent, Teacher, Student Conferences (PTS)**
Parent, Teacher, Student (PTS) Conferences will be in-person on October 9 and 10. PTS Conferences this semester are required for all families. 2nd -12th grade students need to attend with their parents. An email will be sent to schedule meetings with details. Any questions, please email [email protected].
Please be reminded that there will not be classes on October 9 and 10 due to PTS meetings.

**PACA Spirit: Spectator Guidelines**Parents, students, and PACA Community let’s show our true PACA Warrior spirit during the upcoming games! Be respectful, kind, and encouraging to all players, coaches, and guests. Cheer positively for PACA’s teams only and uphold Christian values with integrity and grace. Respect officials and accept rulings without criticism. Celebrate teamwork, effort, and sportsmanship — because character matters more than winning!


**Menu – 09/22-26**
09/22 – Baked kibbeh, hummus, mixed greens, tabbouleh, watermelon.
09/23 – Chili with meat, sour cream, guacamole, nachos, mixed greens, red onion, grapes.
09/24 – Feijoada, rich farofa, mixed greens, sautéed collard greens, orange.
09/25 – Barbecue ribs, corn, mixed greens, roasted potatoes, melon.
09/26 – Baked chicken, pasta, mixed greens, steamed vegetables, banoffee.
Note: Rice and beans are always available and a second protein option is always available. For substitution, ask the cafeteria staff.

**See You At The Pole – Encontro de Oração**
Os pais estão convidados a se juntar aos professores, funcionários e alunos na praça das bandeiras da PACA na manhã de quarta-feira, 24 de setembro, para o nosso evento de oração conhecido como "See You At The Pole".
Confira a programação:

• 8:00–8:10 – Alunos do High School com o STUCO liderando as orações
  
• 8:15–8:30 – 1st e 2nd grades do Elementary com os alunos do 12th grade liderando
  
• 8:30–8:45 – Alunos do 12th grade com seus amigos do Kinder em momento de oração conjunta
  
• 9:10–9:25 – 3rd, 4th e 5th grades com os alunos do 11th grade liderando
  

Cartazes representando cada um dos 27 países da comunidade PACA estarão disponíveis. Eles serão exibidos no “breezeway” de segunda a quarta-feira e, depois disso, serão transferidos para a área da secretaria do High School pelo restante do mês.

**Lembrete sobre o Horário de Chegada dos Alunos**
Pedimos gentilmente que todos os alunos, do PK ao 12º ano, estejam em suas salas de aula até às 8h00 todas as manhãs.
Alunos que chegarem após esse horário devem passar pela recepção para retirar um passe de atraso antes de seguir para a sala de aula, conforme indicado no Manual do Aluno.
A pontualidade é uma parte importante das expectativas da escola e contribui para um início de dia mais tranquilo e focado para todos.

**Acesso ao Campus para Pais**
Lembramos que os pais não devem permanecer no campus após às 8:00 am, a menos que estejam participando de um evento ou reunião previamente agendados.

**Concurso de Leitura do Elementary**
Concurso de Leitura do Elementary
Vamos nos preparar para “Mergulhar na Leitura”! O Concurso de Leitura Elementary está programado para começar na segunda-feira, 6 de outubro! Os alunos Elementary participarão de um dia inteiro de atividades divertidas focadas na leitura e no nosso tema: o oceano! Um almoço especial também será servido.
Por favor, note que as atividades do dia de abertura do Concurso de Leitura serão apenas para os alunos Elementary. Uma carta com mais detalhes foi enviada aos pais no dia 22 de setembro.

**PACA One Prayer**
Junte-se a nós todas na segundas-feira, dia 22 de setembro, das 15h35 às 16h15, no Breezeway! Toda a comunidade PACA está convidada para um momento de oração individual e coletivo chamado PACA One Prayer. Professor, pai, funcionário ou aluno, junte-se a nós! **Reuniões de Pais, Professores e Alunos (PTS)**
As reuniões de Pais, Professores e Alunos (PTS) serão presenciais nos dias 9 e 10 de outubro. As reuniões PTS deste semestre são obrigatórias para todas as famílias. Os alunos do 2º ao 12º ano devem participar junto com seus pais. Um e-mail será enviado com os detalhes para agendamento das reuniões.
